Events are booked on a case by case basis based on alignment with our mission and subject to availability. All events must serve in benefit of our Foundation.
Once a contract is signed, all checks must be made out to:

All bookings have a base rental fee, however an additional donation of
at least 10% is suggested to benefit our programs further:
$200/hour –Any single room during our business hours.
$450/hour –Three rooms (Performance Hall, Dining Room and Study)
on our first floor and outdoor patio space
(with the exception of private patio on Southwest side).
$1,000/night Full Second Floor.
$5,500/day and night for both Full Second Floor and
Three rooms (Performance Hall, Dining Room and Study)
on our first floor and outdoor patio space
(with the exception of private patio on Southwest side).
$35/hour – servers/staff (1 staff required for every 10 attendees… 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10)
Add-On Options:
$150/hour for Photographer, Videographer, or DJ
$1.25 per Chair 2x2 (Black or White...Up to 60 Black or Up to 100 in White)
$6 each Tables 4x2 (Maroon or White Table Cloths... Up to 15 tables)
$4 per set up of Stainless steel Silverware, White plates, Glass Cups.
$20/person – two entrees and three sides per person or Taco Bar
$500.00 three tier cake.
Please note that all food must prepared off site by a licensed caterer.
